The Radio Advertising Awards are run by the Radio Advertising Bureau to recognise best practice in advertising on Commercial Radio. The awards are split into three sections:
Effectiveness
Aerials to reward effective media planning for radio
Creativity
Aerials to reward best practice creativity, now featuring the all new £1m Aerials Creative Challenge
Grand Prix
The RAB rewards the most outstanding overall entry from the effectiveness and creativity categories, and the Media Agency of the Year.
This year, we are proud to introduce the
£1m Aerials Creative Challenge, which aims to recognise the best of both existing and future radio advertising by awarding a £500,000 radio airtime campaign to each of two winning advertisers, and £20,000 to each winning creative team.
All entered commercials will be judged on the strength of the creative idea and the script, together with quality of production - all reviewed within the context of the
RAB 5Is creative evaluation process.
