This commitment begins with the people who manage the radio product within the agency. Universal McCann’s dedicated radio team is bolstered by members of the senior management line-up, who regularly engage with and comment on radio issues. Collectively they act as ambassadors and champions for the medium, within the agency, with their clients, and publicly in the trade press.

Universal McCann are also committed to leading innovation within the medium to deliver effective communications solutions for their clients. In the last year alone they have been a major contributor of effectiveness case studies to the RAB, and won three of this year’s GCap Planning Awards, including the Grand Prix.

Clearly this commitment is having a positive effect for their clients - Universal McCann’s radio spend is up 24% year on year and now represents over 10% of the agency’s total billings.
